Summary

I’ve been telling stories since I could talk, but things really took off the Christmas I got a Talkboy. That, and the day my parents brought home a video camera. One let me become a radio show host. The other? A director, actor, and editor all at once. Growing up in a small town in Western Nebraska, I didn’t need a big stage to know I loved performing... I had church plays, school musicals, and eventually, a mic at the local radio station.

By high school, I was running the public access channel and juggling drama, speech, and choir. Basically anything that gave me a chance to create. Then came six years in the U.S. Navy, where I traveled the world as an Electrician’s Mate and lived two years in Japan. The Navy gave me perspective. Storytelling gave me purpose.

After returning home, I dove back into community theater and radio, and took my first crack at directing with The Odd Couple, while also playing Oscar Madison. That opened the door to more stage work, short films, and documentary directing, all while earning my Film degree from Full Sail University and an MFA in Acting for Film from the New York Film Academy – Los Angeles. (I even made an appearance on Veep while at NYFA.)

Since then, I’ve played everything from a lovable goof to a twisted killer. I’ve directed plays like The Monkey’s Paw, produced radio shows like Access Unlimited, served as Program Director at LARRS, and was proud to be part of the 2021 Gold Telly Award-winning team on the web series Donna on the Go.

Whether I’m on stage, behind the mic, or in front of the camera, I bring the same grit and curiosity that’s guided me since that first homemade radio show. I love diving into characters, especially the dark, complex ones: the offbeat hillbilly, the no-nonsense cop, or the charming sociopath with a secret. My brand? The creative, resilient, driven serial killer — who can definitely be mean when needed.

SAG-AFTRA Eligible. US Navy Veteran. Storyteller. Actor. Filmmaker. Always up for the next story.
