NYFA Filmmaking Alum Coco Li's work published in Art Directors Guild Perspective Magazine

NYFA Alum Coco Li (M.F.A., Filmmaking, 2020) is a shining star who traversed both NY & LA campuses and is now art directing projects for prestigious brands like Gucci, Bvlgari, CocaCola, Fila, etc.

Graduating from NYFA in 2020, Coco was handpicked by The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences for their prestigious Academy Gold Rising Program. Among a pool of 6,000 applicants, Coco stood out as one of the 74 chosen storytellers, showcasing exceptional talent that thrived under the mentorship of K. K. Barrett (Her (2013), Marie Antoinette (2006), Birds of Prey (2020)).

Coco was also selected and participated in the ADG (Art Directors Guild) Local 800 Production Design Initiative 2023.

Most recently Coco worked on a BMW commercial in Shanghai with ADG award-winning production designer Liam Moore. Her work also got published in the ADG Perspective magazine.
